District of Columbia Government/Child Support Services Division (CSSD) – Application Development

Obverse developed various web interfaces to retrieve and process information from CSSD legacy system DCCSES, which include the following:

  • 1. Developed the web based Child Support Guideline Calculator.

  • 2. Developed the Request tracking system to automate DCCSES requests work flow.

  • 3. Developed the FIDM (Financial Institution Data Match), to share the information with financial institutions and collect arrears.

  • 4. Streamlined security forms process to capture the signature thru electronic signature pad and generate PDF.

  • 5. Developed the VWAOIS (Voluntary Work Assignment Opportunity Information System) for OAG to automate work assignments posting, and applications approval process.

  • 6. Involved in generating the OCSE-157 report (line 8, line 9), and analysis of Bynum lawsuit data.

  • 7. Developed functions in the Infolinx (Records management system), to provide access to the scanned documents.

  • 8. Automated OAG goals survey and OAG diversity surveys on the Survey Tracking System.

  • 9. Enhancements to the TIS system.

  • 10. Developed TIS, Infolinx, VWAOIS, Survey reports.

  • 11. Created and modified several DCCSES forms.

District of Columbia Government/Child Support Services Division (CSSD) –performing Application Development, IT Desktop and Maintenance Support

Obverse is currently providing application development support, network administration and desktop support for the District of Columbia’s Child Support Services Division. Support includes LAN/WAN administration, Exchange administration, data migration, web services, messaging services, security, software implementation and management, helpdesk support, capacity planning, capacity management, contingency planning, disaster recovery, and data imaging support.
